What this site is

Landlord Tools provides free calculators and document generators for landlords. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site and what choices you have.

Data you enter into the calculators

Amounts, dates, tenant names, and any other details you type into the Security Deposit Calculator or the document generators are processed entirely in your browser. That data is never sent to our servers, stored in a database, or shared with any third party — it exists only on your device for as long as the page stays open. Generated PDFs are created locally in your browser and download straight to your device.

Cookies and analytics
